JUNIOR GYM
This is a fully supervised gym session for children aged 6-16. A blend of cardiovascular activities and high repetition weight training.
GROUP EXERCISE
An extensive list of Les Mills and traditional aerobic classes are available for casual use or via a membership. Designed to improve cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body toning.
