To make that first step a little easier our friendly team can guide you through an appropriate program whether it is for weight loss, toning, strengthening, fitness, and general well-being to the more specific in rehabilitation and baby boomers.
Our Gym
My Fitness Club Broadbeach has a comprehensive range of resistance and cable machines, free weights and the latest cardiovascular training equipment. But don't let that scare you; our qualified fitness instructors and personal trainers are more than happy to walk you through your fitness program to make you feel comfortable.
Group Exercise & Aerobics
My Fitness Club Broadbeach also offers a diverse Group Fitness and Aerobics timetable with over 34 different group fitness classes per week including a Body Pump, Body Step, Body Combat, Body Attack, Body Balance, Box Fit, Urban Rebound, Pilates, Yoga and more! But be prepared our RPM & CYCLE instructors are always pumped and ready to take you on a journey, with a Las Vegas theme coming soon! These classes cater for all ages and fitness levels giving you the extra motivation. For a full description of all our classes drop in and pick up a timetable or call us at the club.
