Business Description
Seaford Recreation Centre is quite simply something special! It�s our newest centre, opened 29 March 1998 and is our gem in the south.
The front doors lead into a bright, airy gym, with fitness-boosting cardio equipment and muscle-toning strength equipment.
The group fitness room has a sprung floor and plenty of space for classes, which include ever-popular BODYPUMP (to tone up) and the mind/body session, BODYBALANCE.
Sports halls and rooms are home to sports and hire groups.
Creche Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 11:30am
Saturday: 8:00am - 10:30am
