Business DescriptionRe-Creation Trackside has recently been completely renovated with brand new male and female changing rooms with infrared saunas in each change room that are free for members to use.

  • New creche which accommodates for sleeping babies, toddlers, and preschoolers
  • Unique to the club is our HOT yoga room. This room is super heated to 38 degrees for hot yoga and other hot classes, such as hot stretch. It is amazing for pain relief, stretching and also for de-tox. We are the first health club in Australia to offer a HOT room which has so many health benefits and is growing in popularity worldwide.

    Our giant aerobics room has a full range of Les Mills and freestyle classes. For older adults, we have specific programs and dedicated gym instructors for small group training and this is all included in your membership.

    Our refurbished heated pool offers a fantastic heated parents viewing lounge for swim-school. We also offer very popular aerobics classes for mature exercisers.

    Best of all, the club is located virtually on the doorstep of the Hampton train station so it's ideal for people who want to work-out before or after work. Simply park your car at the station which is directly behind the club!

    It's also perfect for our teenage members who flock to the club safely and conveniently.
